The Scottsdale Symphonic Orchestra was formed to provide professionally-trained musicians in the Scottsdale and surrounding communities the opportunity to perform professional-quality live concert events that uplift, inspire, and culturally educate. Our goal was to create an environment that encourages and supports musical excellence, kindness and respect.
Our rehearsals are on Thursday nights at the beautiful Venue8600. This venue has extremely easy access, near the 101 loop in Scottsdale.
Our concerts are held at the impressive Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts’ Virginia G. Piper Theater, which seats 853 guests. Our concert dates and repertoire can be found on our concerts page.
Auditions for the 2024-2025 season will be held in summer 2024. If you’d like to learn more, please join our interest list. We will send details on the audition process and be available to answer any questions.
